One of the most important values we hold at Two Carters Photography is that your wedding shouldn’t be the best day of your forever, it should simply be the first.
That’s what I loved so much about this day. It was a great day – an AMAZING day at that – but when I saw the way these two looked at each other I knew God had planned thousands of even better days ahead of them. The singular focus of this day was about two people getting married. About the celebration of all their past, present, and their beautiful future. As Olivia said laughing on the way to the church, “I think I may have more borrowed and old than blue and new!” It was a family affair complete with the bride wearing her sister’s wedding dress. And it was filled with joy and life and unfussy elegance.
If all of that wasn’t enough, this wedding spoke to me on another level – my favorite level: FOOD. This was a brunch wedding you guys – a morning brunch wedding. A 10:00AM affair of such elegance and good taste that I could have died in coffee, pastry, waffle bar, delicious salad freshness heaven. If I could do it all over again that is exactly what I would do hands down! LOVE!
Thank you to the wonderful staff at Pinnacle Country Club who worked so diligently behind the scenes to put on a seamless day of celebration. And a very special thank you to this precious family for allowing us to be one small part of this precious day. Congratulations Olivia & Tyler!
Olivia and Tyler currently live in Hawaii where they are studying and I LOVE this little touch of the Aloha State one of their guests brought to Arkansas for the wedding!
