Good evening, friends! I can’t believe our last wedding of the year has come and gone and NOW here I sit blogging it!
And oh what an amazing day it was. What a way for us to close out our incredible year – but, even more, what a way for Drew & Sue Marie to start their lives together! They were absolutely surrounded – positively submerged – in love, support, and celebration. We always feel privileged to a part of any wedding day – but this day there was something different. This family made us a part of their family. It seems like that’s just what they do: invite everyone into the fold, pour them a glass, and show them their seat at the table.
They chose an incredible team of vendors to bring their classic East Coast vision to life starting off with planning and design by Julianne Darnell of Most Joyful Day. The beautiful ceremony was held at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Fayetteville with an incredible, once-in-a-lifetime reception at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. Because there was seriously so much incredible that happened that day, I’ve had to split this blog post into two parts.
So enjoy this little peek into the first half of their day and make sure you come back tomorrow for Part 2 – which will feature some gorgeous portraits of the bride and groom as well as a peak into the dream that is Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art as a spectacular reception venue.
Oh guys! If it is even possible for it to get any better… it does! Come back tomorrow! Stay tuned over on social media to be the first to know when it’s live!
